LAWTON, Oklahoma (November 3) – The Cameron Aggie men’s basketball team and first-year head coach Wade Alexander kick off their 2008-2009 season this weekend with an exhibition contest against the Oklahoma Sooners in Norman, Oklahoma. The game’s start time was set this morning at 12:00pm so as not to conflict with the Oklahoma-Texas A&M football game taking place at 2:30pm in College Station, Texas. Saturday’s CU-OU basketball game will not count for either team, but will be an exciting way to begin the Wade Alexander regime at Cameron.
