Parfait Tango: Send your tastebuds dancing!
| INGREDIENTS: |
| 1 Wind & Willow Mango Tango Cheeseball Mix |
| 8 oz cream cheese |
| 1/4 cup fruit juice |
| 4 oz sour cream |
| A variety of fresh fruit cut into bite size pieces |
| Angel food cake cut into bite size pieces |

DIRECTIONS: Combine contents of Mango Tango Mix with cream
cheese, fruit juice and sour cream. Beat with mixer until smooth. Assemble your
parfait just prior to serving. To assemble, start with a layer of the prepared
Mango Tango mixture in each parfait glass. Add a layer of fruit. Next add a
layer of angel food cake. Repeat layers and top with an additional layer of
Mango Tango. Top with coconut topping included in the Mango Tango Cheeseball
Mix. Garnish with a tropical umbrella or an orange slice and serve! |
