I have been trying to sign-up for the recycling program here in Eisenhower Village only to come up with one problem after another.  First, I can't reach J's Recycling on the phone number listed on the website because their calls go directly to an answering service who says they no longer represent them.  The number in the phonebook goes directly to a fax machine.  On the website, every page seems to work correctly except the one to sign-up and register.  We do our own recycling and lots of it....we hoped this new program would make it easier but nothing about it has been easy!  Are they still having service for new people who are interested or not because it doesn't seem like they are managing this very well!
